GOV. RABI’U MUSA KWANKWASO OF KANO STATE (CENTRE) BEING REGISTERED AS APC MEMBER BY THE KANO STATE CHAIRMAN OF THE APC REGISTRATION COMMITTEE, DR. MUSTAPHA INUWA, IN HIS WARD AT KWANKWASO TOWN
Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of Kano State Monday said the All Progressives Congress, APC, has registered two million members in the state at the just concluded membership registration exercise.
Kwankwaso, who was speaking during a meeting with lawmakers at the Government House, Kano, also urged those yet to register as members to do so “for the salvation of the state, the North and the whole country”.
He also reignited the controversy surrounding the recent defection of some APC lawmakers to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, alleging that they were bribed by the Federal Government but he added that no sincere legislator would do so in view of the implications of such action.
